1. No Refunds for Digital Products.
Due to the nature of our products, all digital items purchased from RelaxWithMe are non-refundable. Once the digital product has been purchased and delivered (via download or immediate access), we cannot offer a refund, exchange, or cancellation. This is in accordance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation, and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, which allow us to exclude refunds for digital products once they have been accessed
By purchasing, you agree:
-That you understand and accept that all digital products are non-refundable once accessed, downloaded, or otherwise made available to you.

-That by purchasing, you waive your right to a refund or cancellation under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, as digital products are exempt from this right once they have been delivered.
2. Faulty products
In the unlikely event that a product is defective or does not perform as described, please contact us as soon as possible. To be considered for a refund, you must contact us within 48 hours of your purchase. We will investigate the issue and, if the product is found to be faulty, we will either provide a replacement or resolve the issue at no additional cost. This does not extend to user error or issues arising after access or download
